IV.Use method

1．An instrument is taken out from package box, first examining that outward appearance and the inside have graveness or abnormal phenomena because of transportation or not, then checks power line, the accessory again being all in readiness or not.

2．Accessories ，the "filter" to replace imported air behind the curtain blocking the plate, and the power cord socket inserted jail ensure safety.

3. On power source, the guiding light now is green, the piezometer instructs to rise gradually till 0.4 Mpa .After a few minutes the compression engine stops working, and the guiding light working becomes red. The A hermetic sealing nut whorl upper air of rear panel is exported relaxes, lets that have air displacement. Then the compression engine automation gets it in gear slightly, till stopping.

4．All above OK, uses outside diameter 3 pipeline to link the exporting A to chromatograph，insure not leakage. When working once again, need opening up switch being OK. (B output ports if not, please use the blind seal pressure cap.)

V.Matters needing attention

1．That the course of working if guiding lights becomes green , pressure rises but less than setting value, in general is caused by two phenomena: First, the contents compressor thermal protection device was destroyed; Second compressor temperature is too high, the result is a lot of leakage, Soap Liquid comprehensive leak detection applications. Especially changing the silica gel should pay special attention to levels not screw extrusion ring department foreign bodies and to ensure that no leakage ，is OK to return to normal after cooling down, guiding lights becomes red.

2．More water will affect air purity, so you must press the switch (the upper face ply red button) a few seconds to drain away water before shutting machine down every time; Pay attention to the waterspout direction, avoid power source electrical equipment.

3．Observe the silica gel condition, change silica gel according to need from the side. Close a power source first replacement , a drying room is gone down according to clockwise sense whorl after pressure instructs to be zero, from taking out it from the instrument, again, having fallen cover , carried out replacement according to anti-clockwise whorl, afterwards, tighten , ensure that doing not leaking air .

4．To ensure purity gas, need to replace an activated carbon (activated carbon for the 20-40 goals) after 1,000 hours working.  Before replacement, first cut off the power switch when the pressure is zero instructions, instrument hood open, then oil from the purification room equipped with activated carbon, counterclockwise spin, to replace activated carbon, then the opposite direction turn, ensure the seal no leakage.

2. Preparation

 ⑴Preparation of electrolyte : 1.4 grams on analytical KOH (potassium hydroxide) diluted with 400 ml distilled water, KOH solution after cooling fluid to be injected into the pool (Volume largest pool of 1.6 L) ,then add distilled water to be below the level H line. (Removed the temporary pool lid at the top of equipment, it can be injected fluid; should be sealed when used for the transportation), covered with a pool lid before work.

⑶Start up the equipment, use the cap sealing pressure to screw to conveying output tightly, do not leak air,
